Service Description

Join Angie with this 45 minute class that includes full-body strength with a mix of functional exercises targeting major muscle groups. Using dumbells, resistance bands, or body weight, we'll rotate exercises that includes legs, upper body and core. Each set is designed to boost strength, improve posture, and increase endurance. We finish with standing mobility, light cardio recovery, and stretches to keep the heart rate elevated while gradually cooling the body. Expect gentle and dynamic stretches leaving you ready to take on the rest of your day!
