About the event
Join Michaela for a heart-centered evening of release, reflection, and connection. Together, we’ll create space to let go of what no longer serves us and find strength in community as we walk our healing paths. We’ll begin with a brief meditation to set personal intentions, followed by a collective card pull to tune into the energy of the group and introduce ourselves.
Each participant will then have two minutes to speak and release whatever they feel called to let go of, followed by one minute to shift focus toward something positive or uplifting.
Afterward, Michaela will guide the group through a gentle energy cleanse during meditation. During this time, you’re invited to approach the Basin—an intentional space for silently releasing (by writting down and burning) anything that feels too heavy to speak aloud.
