Pause. Breathe. Let go of the holiday rush.
Join Amanda and Erika for a peaceful community sound journey... a chance to step away from the planning, shopping, and expectations and give yourself a moment to rest.
Let the sounds of crystal singing bowls and gongs accompany you as you settle in, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
