Join us for Deep Rest: A New Moon Sound Bath, an evening created to help you slow down, turn inward, and simply receive.
The New Moon invites us into stillness... a quiet space to rest, reset, and create room for what’s next.
You’ll be guided into relaxation before being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments.
No experience is needed. Come exactly as you are, get cozy, and give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing but rest.
