Jingle Buti!!

Bring your gal pals, dress in your lightweight, festive attire and let’s have some fun! What to expect: Buti is a fun, liberating yet challenging practice that allows us the opportunity to shed our layers and step into our power. The movement practice incorporates traditional yoga asana, elements of primal movement, cardio conditioning and strength and endurance building. Please wear loose, lightweight clothing and bring water! You will sweat.
