Earth Day Yoga Retreat

Come enjoy a whole day to yourself. Enjoy 2 Sound Bowl meditations, two yoga classes, a mindful hike and more! Below is the schedule. This retreat will be at Oak Openings. The cost is $120 (includes a catered lunch and a healthy snack). The retreat is from 10am-730pm.

10:00am - Greetings and opening Sound Bowl Meditation

11:00am - Yoga on the Earth (yoga practice dedicated to mama earth this will be outside so bring a mat you don’t mind laying on the grass)

12:00pm - Catered Lunch (GF and Vegan options available)

1:00pm - 30 minute break for bathrooms etc.

1:30pm - Mindful Hike in the woods, collect items to make an nature mandala (1.5 hour)

3:00pm - Make a flower pedal/nature mandala (earth offering)

4:00pm - Restorative Yoga

5:00pm - Healthy Snack

5:30pm - Campfire Share Circle (bring anything to share; a story, poem, musical performance (bring your instrument), your thoughts and emotions, etc. Each person will have time to share if desired, otherwise just sit, listen, and enjoy)

7:00pm - Closing Sound Bowl Meditation

7:30pm - End of Retreat
