Outdoor Sound Bath (in Nature)

Join meditation guide, Erika Peters, during this outdoor sound bowl meditation where she guides you through the process of grounding, leads you through a mindfulness meditation in nature, and then allows you to peacefully enjoy the sounds of the great outdoors and more -- as she ends the practice with a peaceful sound bath. We all can get stuck in negative vibrations when we don’t feel our soul’s presence and unity with life. Something blocks and is in the way – limiting beliefs, fear, lies, misperceptions. Sound Vibration Therapy can help us to raise our frequencies. The sound and resulting vibrations generated by the Himalayan singing bowls stimulate the theta brain frequencies that are commonly associated with deeper states of meditation. Heart and respiratory rates slow down, creating a favorable healing effect upon the body’s entire system. During a sound therapy session stress is being released and a restoration of the body is made possible, as the body returns to homeostasis.
