Join us every Wednesday from 6–7pm in Ostrich Towne for a calming, all-levels Gentle Yoga Flow designed to help you unwind, stretch, and reconnect with your body.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class offers a supportive and accessible flow to meet you where you are.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and anything else you may need for your comfort.

Wear loose or stretchy clothing that allows you to move with ease.
