Join Erika for a transformative sound bath experience, where the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. During the session, Michaela will make her way around doing aura cleansing, using focused techniques to clear blockages and refresh your energetic field. Together, the sound bath and aura cleanse work in harmony to help you release negative energy, restore balance, and leave feeling revitalized, centered, and aligned.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens! To help us prepare for you and keep spots open for others, we ask for at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 3 hours of your session will incur a $5 fee. Thank you for helping us run a smooth, mindful studio. This helps us hold your spot and manage our instructors' time. Please arrive or cancel as early as possible.
