Gong Meditation Rest & Restore

Service Description

A calming journey of breath, supported relaxation, and sound. Gong Meditation is a deeply restorative experience combining a guided meditation , optional supported restorative poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, and an immersive gong sound bath. Come as you are—rest comfortably, allow the vibrations to wash over you, and leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and renewed.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens! To help us prepare for you and keep spots open for others, we ask for at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 3 hours of your session will incur a $5 fee. Thank you for helping us run a smooth, mindful studio. This helps us hold your spot and manage our instructors' time. Please arrive or cancel as early as possible.
