Kids Yoga ~Wiggle and Zen

Service Description

Wiggle and Zen Come share the joy of movement, breathing, and play! Together, we’ll practice playful yoga poses, enjoy fun games, gather for story time, and learn peaceful mindfulness. Please have them wear cozy clothes they can move freely in and bring a water bottle labeled with their name. We’re so excited to introduce your instructor, Amy Sweet! Amy is an elementary school teacher who relies on yoga to clear her mind, grow stronger, and stay centered. Bringing that joy of yoga to kids is her absolute favorite thing to do!

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens! To help us prepare for you and keep spots open for others, we ask for at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 3 hours of your session will incur a $5 fee. Thank you for helping us run a smooth, mindful studio. This helps us hold your spot and manage our instructors' time. Please arrive or cancel as early as possible.
