Midweek Movement, Energy & Grounding

Service Description

An important part of moving through the world is finding moments to pause, check-in, and attend to the inevitable shifts that can distract us from our goals and intentions. This class is that opportunity to pause midweek to reground and center. We will begin with gentle movement that is beginner friendly (about 20-30 min) as preparation for pranayama and meditation. Each class we will explore different breathing techniques that suit different purposes. These practices help cultivate, balance and stabilize our energy. At the end of each session we will practice meditation, including different styles to show ways to enter and evolve our practice. Feel free to bring your journal to use for taking notes, or as a part of your practice.
