Hola. I’m Rita, a Master Reiki Practitioner, and I’m honored to hold space for you. Reiki is a gentle energy practice that encourages deep relaxation and supports your body’s to restore balance. During our time together, you’ll be invited to lie down or settle into any comfortable position. As soothing music fills the room, you’ll simply relax, breathe, and allow yourself to be fully present. I’ll move quietly around the room, sharing Reiki with each person through gentle, intentional energy. There is nothing you need to do ~just receive. Then close our practice with a moment of gratitude. Whether this is your first Reiki experience or one of many, you are welcome exactly as you are.
