Service Description

Healing from Rest. Sometimes we need to show ourselves self care from a resting state. Come out for an hour long Shavasana as Rita shares Reiki with anyone in attendance. This is beginner stage of meditation, in learning to control the types of thoughts we are allowing in during this time.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens! To help us prepare for you and keep spots open for others, we ask for at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 3 hours of your session will incur a $5 fee. Thank you for helping us run a smooth, mindful studio. This helps us hold your spot and manage our instructors' time. Please arrive or cancel as early as possible.
