Service Description

Welcome to Seated & Strong Chair Yoga with Gigi, led by a certified Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Teacher. This class is all about meeting you where you are. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a supportive way to keep moving, you’ll be guided through seated and supported movements with options for different levels of flexibility. No experience is needed, Just come as you are, take a seat, and let’s move together.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens! To help us prepare for you and keep spots open for others, we ask for at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 3 hours of your session will incur a $5 fee. Thank you for helping us run a smooth, mindful studio. This helps us hold your spot and manage our instructors' time. Please arrive or cancel as early as possible.
