Service Description

A fusion of techniques from yoga, qigong, somatic therapies, and breathing for maximum easy to do and maximum effectiveness. We will have a rotation of creative extras like card pulls, mudras, journal prompt, energy work, seasonal wisdom, color work. All levels, Accessible, Neuridivergent friendly.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens! To help us prepare for you and keep spots open for others, we ask for at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 3 hours of your session will incur a $5 fee. Thank you for helping us run a smooth, mindful studio. This helps us hold your spot and manage our instructors' time. Please arrive or cancel as early as possible.
