About the event

Do you want to learn how to meditate and experience the benefits of mindfulness in your life? If so, this course is for you. In this four week online meditation course, you will learn the fundamentals of meditation and mindfulness, such as what they are, why they are helpful, and how to practice them. You will also learn how to cultivate awareness, compassion, and kindness for yourself and others through meditation.

By the end of this course, you will be able to apply mindfulness to your daily life and activities, and create a sustainable meditation habit that supports your well-being and happiness.

Each week, you will receive a live video lesson (replay available if you can't make it), a guided meditation audio, and a workbook with exercises and tips to help you practice and deepen your learning. You will also have access to a private online community where you can…
