From Farm to Table: Enjoy Fresh Eggs, Milk & Butter Straight from the Retreat Grounds
In a world that moves so fast, we often forget the deep nourishment that comes from slowing down and reconnecting with the Earth.
At this retreat, we honor the land we’re staying on not just as a place to rest, but as a living, breathing part of our healing. The fresh eggs, milk, and butter you’ll enjoy come straight from the animals who call this land home.
By eating from the land, walking its paths, and breathing in its rhythms, we remember our place in the natural world and how deeply it supports us when we take the time to listen.
